  3. Please take care of yourself with exposure to the oil fumes. Many Exxon Valdez Responders are still sick today from over exposure. Persistent headaches is one of the symptoms.

Please read Dr. Riki Ott's book Sound Truth Corporate Myth$. Ask some of the Waterkeeper Groups, as they may be getting free copies to distribute.

This is not a small matter this is your health for the rest of your life.

  4. I am a Gulf Coast Resident. Everyday I drive by BP and see that people are still buying gas from them. I don't understand this. As Gulf Coast residents how are you able to ignore what is going on with the oil spill?

Their efforts to stop the oil have been futile. Our water is being polluted, ecosystems are being destroyed, and livelihoods ruined. I am just a little shocked that people aren't more enraged.

  7. There is something about the "message from the whales and dolphins" piece that filled me full of mixed emotions. Cetaceans have been here before us and will be here long after us. This dreadful sadness that encompasses anger, confusion, and a massive powerless state of being is so frustrating. When people come together and truly push for something better we manifest amazing change. Whether you pray, meditate, or just hurt and think about the suffering we are causing understand...there will be positive change.

Look for a moment if you will...this event, while catastrophic, has brought the world together to find a solution. There is a hatred amongst many with their view on us as Americans. I love my country, but love mankind more. I hope and pray that we as Humans can see the suffering and share our love for the world we inhabit and make it a better place. Both ecologically and unified as Mothers, Fathers, Daughters, Sons, Sisters, Brothers, Cousins, Friends and Lovers. It starts here. It starts with us. With much love...
