Matt Overstreet has turned his love for Gulf beaches and concern that the massive oil spill will ruin those beaches into a T-shirt.

A graphic designer in Mobile, Overstreet has created a T-shirt featuring a crab on the front. The message above the crab says "Don't Spill on Me."
Overstreet, who grew up in Brewton, says the T-shirt was something he could do to help fight the spill. He creates T-shirt designs as part of his job at Southern Sports Supply in west Mobile.
The bookkeeper for Southern Sports Supply, Paula Edmondson, said $3 from each shirt sale will go directly to Mobile Baykeepers to support the oil cleanup.

  4. Is this what we paid taxes for? So we can watch big oil destroy our planet and suck us dry financially? You would think after all the crap they are giving Bill Gates for having a great business and lots of money they would be all over BP and Transocean to start fixing this! Cleaning this up will require a huge outlay and massive efforts. Where is it? Plan of action is wait till it hits the beaches and reefs and then send a crew to pressure wash every thing? How is this a plan. This should be a huge undertaking by everyone to boom it off with thousands of miles of boom and start sucking it up now while it is afloat! Yes thousands of ships and whatever it takes and bill BP and Transocean. As an American I am lost as to why we are sitting and watching. Start making booms and deploy them. Create a tanker ship that will separate water from oil and use modified dredgers to siphon it up just inside the 6' deep oil boom wall. God help us.
